Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all digital and non-digital brand touchpoints in accordance with brand directives.
∎ Develop original, relevant, and thoughtful creative work.
∎ Manage complex print solutions, including material sourcing and execution.
∎ Collaborate with the architectural department to standardize architectural drawings and layouts.
∎ Sketch for ideation and improvement of design and visual narrative.
∎ Occasionally manage vendors for fine production, cost negotiation, and execution.
∎ Prepare work orders, produce and bind customized proposals and business profiles.
∎ Ensure all deliverables meet brand's high standards of quality and excellence.
∎ Possess exceptional project management skills, including multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be proficient with MAC-OS.
∎ 5-8 years' hands-on experience as a graphic designer/ visualizer/ art director in advertising agency, architectural firm, and real estate.
∎ Real mastery in Adobe eco system: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (you will need to use these programs heavily and simultaneously) and fair experience in After Effect.
∎ Always challenging status-quo bias and be extraordinarily flexible to learn and set new trends.
∎ A commendable researcher of global deign contexts, color schemes, consumer psychology, design best practices.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Mindset to work in collaborative environment.
∎ Discerning eyes for aesthetics.
∎ Exposure in design thinking and design eco-system.
