Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide consultation to students and guardians over the phone regarding admission procedures for foreign institutions. Efficiently create and maintain a customer database, ensuring regular follow-up with visitors. Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through both telephonic and in-person interactions. Organize seminars aimed at prospective students to showcase our promotions and services. Maintain utmost confidentiality regarding customer information as required. Manage document preparation, form completion, and meticulous record-keeping responsibilities. Promptly respond to emails and execute marketing and promotional activities, including online and newspaper advertisements.

∎ We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated counselor who embodies ambition, diligence and a strong career-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English is essential, with a preference for candidates who have achieved a Competent score in exams such as IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL, although this is not mandatory.
