- Master’s in any discipline from a well-reputed institute, preferably in Business Administration or Law
- Completion of Level-III from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB)

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Age 30 to 35 years

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial functions, preferably in a large group of companies or listed organization
- Thorough knowledge of Companies Act, 1994, BSEC regulations, and other applicable corporate and regulatory frameworks
- Strong drafting, documentation, and compliance reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with RJSC/BSEC online filing systems
Responsibilities & Context: Company: Confidence Cement Dhaka Limited
- Ensure maintenance of all statutory registers, records, and documents of the company in compliance with the requirements of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC)
- Assist the Company Secretary in organizing and managing Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), including preparation of agendas, drafting and recording of minutes, and handling all related documentation for both listed and non-listed entities
- Prepare and submit all necessary statutory returns, reports, and disclosures to regulatory bodies such as BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC, NBR, and other relevant authorities within prescribed timelines
- Draft, review, and manage various legal and corporate documents including Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and Agreements to ensure legal soundness and compliance
- Maintain effective liaison with regulatory authorities, legal counsels, and government offices to facilitate smooth handling of land and other legal matters
- Support the Company Secretary in implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with sound corporate governance practices across the organization
- Ensure proper safekeeping, confidentiality, and record management of all statutory and company documents
- Coordinate and manage effective communication and engagement with external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and legal advisors
