Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 32 years
  • Educations qualification in B.Sc Ag. Engineering will be preferable.
  • Should have minimum 4-5 years sales and marketing experience of agri-machinery and equipment / capital machinery.
  • Advance computer knowledge especially MS-Word, Ms-Excel, Power Point & Graphics Design.
  • The incumbent must be willing to work hard at long hours.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical ability, management skill and presentation skill.
  • Able to prepare various reports pertaining to the area of his activities.
  • Interpersonal communication skills both oral and written.
  • Willing to work in a team achieve together in a presing situation
  • Should have positive attitude, exposer, smartness, vocal and result oriented performance.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the agricultural machinery and development sectors through market research, networking, and industry analysis.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with Government agencies (BARI, BRRI, BADC, DAE), NGOs, INGOs, semi-government organizations and development partners.

  • Prepare project proposals, concept notes, and budget forecasts in line with donor requirements and organizational objectives.

  • Coordinate and implement projects in collaboration with development partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals for the organization.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Participate in Government and INGO tender processes, including documentation preparation, bid submission, and follow-up.

  • Organize and participate in Agricultural Machinery Fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.

  • Provide training to Local Service Providers (LSP), mechanics, and engineers under various projects to strengthen service delivery capacity.

  • Support product development, quality control, and outsourcing processes to meet market demands.

  • Conduct exposure visits to learn and introduce new technologies, innovations, and business models.

  • Prepare periodic business development reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management review.
