Job Responsibilities:
∎ *****Brand & Activation*****
∎ Develop brand communication action plan and budget in line with set objectives and ensure optimum usage of approved budget to attain set targets
∎ Coordinate with creative agency to implement marketing communication strategies
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding Outdoor & BTL advertisements, giveaways etc.
∎ Ensure timely production and distribution of brochure, leaflet, giveaways and all other promotional kits
∎ Prepare event calendar in coordination with cross functional teams and ensure that the events and activation are conducted as per set guideline
∎ Shortlist proposals and ensure effectiveness of each sponsorship
∎ Act as coordination point between Sales, Research and Business Development teams to ensure and enhance effectiveness of each Marketing Communication activities
∎ Actively participate in customer and influencer database development and coordinate data driven marketing communication activities
∎ *****Digital Marketing*****
∎ Build consumer relevant, digitally savvy online marketing strategy to represent its brands and products
∎ Drive the development of digital marketing initiatives and long-term digital roadmap based on brand objectives
∎ Initiate, plan and implement online and social media campaigns
∎ Manage corporate and business unit websites, newsletters and other digital platforms
∎ Continually track, measure and optimize the effectiveness of online efforts including website visits, ad campaigns, search terms, social media metrics.
∎ Develop social media strategies that meet fan acquisition and retention goals and build strong, consistent consumer engagement and advocacy.
∎ Track best in class practices of each social media platform, bring those in house and suggest applications for improving consumer experience.
∎ Manage outside vendors and coordinate with cross functional teams to support the development and maintenance of digital marketing initiatives.
