Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBS/ MBA (Accounting/Finance)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all financial records and books of accounts.
∎ Maintain cash and bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ To be responsible for preparation of quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements and necessary analytical reports as required by the management.
∎ Prepare sales & bank reconciliation statement
∎ Preparing annual budget.
∎ Fixed asset register maintenance, fixed asset accounting procedure, capitalization procedure, depreciation calculation and accounting procedure
∎ Deal account payable and account receivables and monthly reconciliation.
∎ Ensure & check the party payments.
∎ Contributing to team effort and perform any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure All VAT & Tax is appropriately deducted, collected and paid over on a timely basis.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash and all types of payments and receipts voucher.
∎ Responsible for credit assessment and credit control.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management of the company.
∎ Visiting factory/ depot as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Practical Experience on Microsoft office Package and ERP (Billing Master) software.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft Excell.
∎ Sound interpersonal & strong communication skills.
∎ Report writing and Presentation Skills.

Salary: Negotiable
