Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting, Management or Finance from any Reputed Institute.
∎ CACC will get preferences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and execute financial tasks of the organization.
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Supervise the accounting activities on daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensure proper maintenance of all books of accounts.
∎ Prepare various types of financial report and submit to the higher authority as well as the management and any other department of the company as required.
∎ Prepare Management Accounts.
∎ Recognize QB financial statement.
∎ Monthly Salary Sheet check and prepare Bank forwarding for salary disbursements.
∎ Maintenance of Employee trust fund.
∎ Cash flow forecasting & fund management.
∎ Bank reconciliation statement, Sales reconciliation, Reconciliation accounts payable & receivable.
∎ Checking bill vouchers and supporting documents.
∎ Ensure timely payment made to supplier, internal and others.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Familiarity with Quick Books is preferred.

∎ Should display good motivational and communication skills.
∎ Willingness to travel Babuland Branch for audit purpose.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office & MS-Excel.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
