Responsibilities & Context:

Arkay Multimedia Limited invites applications from vibrant, proactive & dynamic individuals for the following position for the position of Assistant Manager - Accounts:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Financial Statements for the Company (Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly).
  • Maintain, prepare and approve budgets from appropriate authority.
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Filing documents as per date, month & year
  • Filing and docketing all operational expenses accurately.
  • Photocopy of documents and place in the respective file.
  • Maintain, analyze, and review financial records and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
  • Oversee the trend of collection of revenue and expenditure and advise Management on financial discipline.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Preparing monthly inflow/outflow statement.
  • Preparing monthly budget.
  • Organize and maintain financial account information.
  • Meticulously record transactions in appropriate ledgers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Maintain database of outstanding payments.
  • Check collection against bill.
  • Prepare monthly inflow/outflow statement.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review account information and data to identify issues or errors.
  • Maintain commission database.
  • Identify and resolving account errors or discrepancies.
  • Closely monitor the budgets and its variances.
  • Ensure cross checking of all inflow and proper book keeping.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable and maintain ledger.
  • Any other tasks by the Management as and when required.
