Responsibilities & Context: Arkay Multimedia Limited invites applications from vibrant, proactive & dynamic individuals for the following position for the position of Assistant Manager - Accounts:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Financial Statements for the Company (Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly).
- Maintain, prepare and approve budgets from appropriate authority.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Filing documents as per date, month & year
- Filing and docketing all operational expenses accurately.
- Photocopy of documents and place in the respective file.
- Maintain, analyze, and review financial records and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Oversee the trend of collection of revenue and expenditure and advise Management on financial discipline.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of information.
- Preparing monthly inflow/outflow statement.
- Preparing monthly budget.
- Organize and maintain financial account information.
- Meticulously record transactions in appropriate ledgers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
- Maintain database of outstanding payments.
- Check collection against bill.
- Prepare monthly inflow/outflow statement.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
- Review account information and data to identify issues or errors.
- Maintain commission database.
- Identify and resolving account errors or discrepancies.
- Closely monitor the budgets and its variances.
- Ensure cross checking of all inflow and proper book keeping.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable and maintain ledger.
- Any other tasks by the Management as and when required.
