∎ Master’s degree in Nursing or Public Health along with a B.Sc. in Nursing under BNMC.

∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Two (02) years of experience, preferably in infection control or a related field.
∎ Knowledge of epidemiology and infectious diseases.
∎ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and oversee the hospital’s infection control program.
∎ Conduct regular surveillance for hospital-acquired infections and report findings.
∎ Educate and train healthcare staff on infection prevention practices.
∎ Collaborate with departments to implement infection control measures.
∎ Stay updated on current infection control trends and regulations.
∎ Any additional responsibilities designated by the management.

∎ Job Summary:
∎ At IIEI&H, the Assistant Infection Control Nurse (AICN) will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of infection prevention and control policies and procedures. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe environment, reducing the risk of infection and enhancing patient care quality.
∎ Job Description:
∎ Develop and oversee the hospital’s infection control program.
