Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance
∎ ACMA/FCMA qualification is mandatory.
∎ A minimum of 8-10 years experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
∎ Proficient in using ERP software and MS Office applications.
∎ Familiarity with Income Tax, VAT, Company’s regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and maintain accurate financial records.
∎ Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on financial matters to support informed decision-making.
∎ Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements. Implement effective cash management practices to optimize financial resources and minimize risks.
∎ Cost Control and Analysis: Conduct regular cost analysis and implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency. Identify areas for cost reduction and implement appropriate strategies.
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Present financial data to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Taxation, VAT and RJSC Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax, VAT and RJSC regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax, VAT and RJSC returns. Liaise with respective authorities and external consultants, as necessary.
∎ Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the finance and accounting team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, and promote professional development among team members.
∎ Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard the organization's assets.
