∎ Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
∎ Ensure training programs are delivered on time and within budget.
∎ Collaborate with academic departments, administrative units, and external partners to identify training opportunities and develop joint initiatives.
∎ Foster relationships with industry professionals, training organizations, and other educational institutions.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, performance, participation, and outcomes.
∎ Use data and analytics to inform training program development and decision-making.
