∎ Coordinate and manage research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Provide administrative and logistical support for research activities and events.
∎ Assist faculty in the preparation and submission of grant applications.
∎ Monitor and manage research budgets and prepare financial reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with funding agencies' requirements and institutional policies.
∎ Facilitate interdisciplinary research collaborations within and outside the university.
∎ Represent the IRT at conferences, workshops, and networking events.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, industry partners, and research institutions.
∎ Ensure all research activities comply with institutional, legal, and ethical standards.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in research compliance.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of research activities, grants, and publications.
∎ Prepare regular reports on research performance and outcomes.
