Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Accounting/MBA from any recognized University and CA partly qualified preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular internal checking/auditing of project's vouchers to ensure that all financial and administrative procedures are carried out in line with donor and organizational guidance and local legislation and take necessary measures for any deviations.
∎ Ensure internal control aspects of overall financial & contractual activities and compliance with the project's guideline for financial administration of the grants/funds.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with external auditors for NGOAB, donors and organization as a whole and follow up audit recommendation and prepares management response in consultation with team leader of finance team.
∎ Prepare financial statement and other necessary documents as per requirement of external auditors.
∎ Procurement of goods & services:

∎ Ensure compliance with donor requirement and organizational policy for procurement of goods and services, effective internal control, risk assessment etc.
∎ Evaluate quotations and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Prepare contract/work order for third parties with the help of finance team leader for procurement of various good and services.
∎ Visit vendor's offices, provide support to the admin team in enlistment of vendors/service providers.
∎ Provide support for ensuring that all contractual commitments are fulfilled as per requirement.
∎ Conduct and coordinate taking of annual physical inventory.
∎ Coordinate in maintaining record for physical assets.
∎ Budget, Reporting and Compliance:

∎ Ensure compliance with the financial and other requirements of donors.
∎ Prepare donor budget, budget for submission of proposal in bidding process as well as annual organizational budget, budget revision, budget variance analysis.
∎ Maintain a cash forecasting system to ensure that adequate funds are available to meet the working requirements of the programs.
∎ Guide and check donor finance reports in line with donor reporting requirements.
∎ Prepare and send invoice to donors for receiving fund.
∎ Contract, agreement and Grants Management:

∎ Review donor contract, agreement, provide feedback and prepare contract, agreement with the guidance of finance team leader.
∎ Maintain liaison and make correspondence with the donors, stakeholders as appropriate.
∎ Solve donor requirements regarding financial matter in consultation with supervisor.
∎ Maintenance of Books of accounts, checking and signing prepared vouchers:

∎ Checking/verifying and take approval for payment of bills/vouchers and invoice ensuring principles of accounting manual, USAID rules and other donor regulations.
∎ Maintain relevant records including computer spreadsheet, files, vouchers, receipts, register etc.
∎ Provide guidance and input to the development of junior level staff in the finance team.
∎ Undertake any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8- 10 year(s) in the relevant field and working knowledge on computer Tally ERP9 software.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for this position.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
∎ Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the organization.
∎ Should possess good presentation skill.
∎ Good computer literacy is essential.
∎ The applicant is expected to be an effective team player.

Salary:
∎ Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
