Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Accounting
∎ CA/ ICMA/ ACCA (part qualified) will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage trade payable functions – from receiving GRN/ Invoice to payment;
∎ Ensure proper deduction of TAX, and VAT at source as applicable;
∎ Ensure accurate posting of transactions in the system like preparation of vouchers, managing ledgers, doing reconciliation and any other records;
∎ Deposit tax and VAT in the Government exchequer on monthly basis, submission of monthly return, issuing certificate to vendors, and related tasks;
∎ Meet with outside stakeholders as required
∎ Liaison with other cross-functional teams to perform the assigned job on time;
∎ Prepare various management reports from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3-5 years of relevant experience
