Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Partly CA qualified is essential. Fully qualified on any professional certification (CA, ACCA, CGMA, CMA) will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cash Flow Management, Compliance Audit, Financial Reporting, Financial Statement, IFRS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the financial reporting including the preparation of financial statements (statutory /legal reports in compliance with BSEC and its interval), ensuring accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS etc.) and regulations.
∎ Ensure compliance with all financial legal reporting requirements, including disclosures required by regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure that all financial compliance reporting requirements are met, including calculation of company tax expenses and its returns, and other regulatory reporting.
∎ Maintain and coordinate the fixed assets reporting process, including the tracking, and recording of all fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Analyze cash flow status and prepare reports.
∎ Manage payroll accounting, including the processing of payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment of payroll to employees.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain annual budgets and calendarized forecasts, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
∎ Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing regular reports to management and making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
∎ Coordinate and participate in all activities related to External and Internal Audit
∎ Perform assigned functionalities in SAP.
