Accounting Software, bank reconciliation, Data Analysis, Email Communications, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort, Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining day-to-day revenue, receivables, payables, and expenses and reporting to management
∎ Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management
∎ Controlling the payroll
∎ Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue
∎ Reconciling bank statements
∎ Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods
∎ Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT and PAYE
∎ Chasing late payments, reporting bad debts, and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow
∎ Regular coordination with the Project team and other functions including sales and marketing, operations, and supply chain
∎ Supporting Management while internal and external audits
∎ Leading company efforts in computerizing the accounting system and data management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Accountancy skills, ideally honed in a hospitality environment
∎ IT knowledge
∎ Data processing skills, including spreadsheet packages
∎ Analytical and communication skills
∎ Unmatched attention to detail as you'll be preparing detailed financial information for senior management
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Service charge after successfully completing the provision period. Free Accommodation
