Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Visual Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
∎ Carry out ’comp (comparison) shops’ to maintain awareness of other retailers’ visual merchandising concepts.
∎ Liaise with concern teams such as design, marketing & merchandising.
∎ Generate and analyze field merchandise reports (FMS & SMS, Department Performance) and make necessary product placement/adjustments based on selling and field merchandise reports.
∎ Seek feedback from floor staff and observe customers response on the visual impact of displays and implement changes accordingly.
∎ Oversee the product display as per guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools
∎ Proficiency in MS Office
∎ Analytical Skills
∎ Color, texture and pattern concept
∎ Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
∎ Forecasting of new fashion trends
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
