Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to increase Sales and Marketing of assigned products.
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, Productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Effectively control on distributor's performance.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times.
∎ Set performance norms for the TSM And SR and monitor their performance.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have personal motor bike license and motor bike.
∎ Always prepared to work in any pressure situation

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will given 25000 taka TA/DA bill also given Attractive incentives for target achievement
