Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Area manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Unani medicines and expanding our market presence across Bangladesh. Responsibilities & Context:

  • The candidate must have the ability to lead a sales team of 05-07 numbers to perform their best for achieving their objectives.
  • Ensuring the achievement of team objective by both Rx (prescription) & Volume within the company policy.
  • Coaching & mentoring team members in achieving their individual business objectives & Skills.
  • Prepare, Update and Submit all kinds plans & reports using appropriate means.
  • Monitor/Supervise the daily activities of the team members as per company guidelines & policy.
  • Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with line manager.
  • Maintain very good personal relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned area.
  • Analyze the performance of team members on regular basis for taking the necessary corrective measures to ensure their individual as well as team achievement.
  • Analyze the market scenario with special emphasis to competitors’ activities & propose effective strategy to capture market share.
