Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operational Management:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple café locations within your designated area.Ensure cafes adhere to company standards in terms of quality, service, and cleanliness.Regularly visit stores to evaluate performance, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
∎ Sales & Financial Performance:
∎ Achieve financial objectives by monitoring sales, costs, and profitability across outlets.Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve revenue.Prepare and manage budgets for each store, ensuring cost efficiency.
∎ Team Leadership & Development:
∎ Lead, mentor, and support café managers to drive individual and team performance.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate business objectives, new initiatives, and best practices.Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
∎ Customer Experience:
∎ Maintain and improve customer service standards across all locations.Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement.Monitor online reviews and take proactive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Compliance & Health/Safety:
∎ Ensure all cafes comply with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are met.
∎ Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
∎ Oversee stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to prevent shortages or excesses.Ensure proper inventory control to minimize wastage and loss.
∎ Marketing & Promotions:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, loyalty programs, and local store marketing initiatives.Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions within your area.
∎ Reporting & Analysis:Provide regular reports on store performance, operational challenges, and key achievements to senior management.Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve store performance.
