Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Secondary Sales targets
∎ Sales target setting and monitoring for territory officers & distributors
∎ Monitor of primary and secondary sales and mid course corrections and inputs
∎ Secondary Sales projection for distribution business on a rolling basis.
∎ Set up of new distributor in assigned jurisdiction
∎ Develop distributor wise beat plans with TO team and ensure that it is followed with 100%
∎ compliance
∎ Market work with the TO and also independently.
∎ Ensure periodic coverage with call frequency as per norms for all outlets through distributor sales reps
∎ Enhance productivity of salesman
∎ Ensure category availability, and implementation of range selling in maximum outlets.
∎ Ensure freshness
∎ Maintain and enhance relationships with key outlets, institutions and key stake holders
∎ Secure primary and secondary visibility as per plan in all key outlets
∎ Determine execution plan of distributor field force, if applicable, and ensure coverage as per norms.
∎ Supervise POS utilization as per norms, across outlets
∎ Regulate Paid Displays and trade schemes as per plan
∎ Plan and execute activations at all targeted outlets
∎ Recommend special activations/special projects for own area
∎ Identify & short list potential distributors
∎ Educate and train distributors on internal systems & processes
∎ Manage distributor investment and infrastructure.
∎ Conduct periodic review of distributor performance and ROI, and take corrective actions accordingly
∎ Ensure processing of all distributor claims as per agreed timelines.
∎ Visit distributor warehouse to check infrastructure, Quality and inventory status
∎ Train and Develop team to take up more challenging assignments to drive the business forward.
∎ Monthly reports on town wise sales tracking and target Achievement
