Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and manage the sales and daily operations of all 5 outlets.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Identify product requirements for each outlet based on sales trends, customer demand and seasonal needs.
Ensure the right products, sizes, colours and quantities are available at the right outlet at the right time.
Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team for stock replenishment and inter-outlet product transfers.
Monitor stock levels, fast-moving and slow-moving products, and take necessary actions.
Conduct regular outlet visits and evaluate showroom presentation, visual merchandising and customer service.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline and productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports for management.
Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions to improve overall business performance.
