Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a sales plan for the assigned area & increase market share to achieve area wise sales & collection targets.
∎ Drive the sales team on a daily basis to achieve targets within deadline.
∎ Routine field visit, guiding & supervising the team members .
∎ Maintain rapport with Doctors & key customers.
