• Translate written documents from Arabic to another language (e.g., English, Bangla) and vice versa, ensuring meaning, tone, and context are preserved.
• Proofread and edit translations for accuracy, grammar, and style consistency.
• Interpret spoken conversations or speeches in real-time (if working as an interpreter).
• Work with legal, medical, technical, or business documents, depending on the Company or Embassy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
• Use CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation tools) like SDL Trados or MemoQ to enhance consistency and productivity.
• Collaborate with clients or team members to clarify unclear terms or phrases.
• Adapt translations for regional dialects when necessary (e.g., Gulf).Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Handle overseas recruitment complaints.
• Work with third-party vendors or sub-agencies on complaint resolution.
• Support repatriation or compensation processes for affected workers.
