∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Fast typing skill, Google Sheets, Internet Browsing, MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Deliver top quality work in an accurate and efficient way as measured by different performance metrics.
∎ 2. Meet and exceed client mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model.
∎ 3. Follows Quantanite’s quality assurance process to ensure quality of their delivery
∎ 4. Keep things confidential: all login and Passwords (both Internal & External) are kept confidential.
∎ 5. Participate in training to improve your work.
∎ 6. Gain deeper knowledge, understanding, and comply with Quantanite’s policies and procedures. Associates must maintain knowledge of the functional area and company policies and procedures.
∎ 7. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
