Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes with skills in the best possible way so that the team achieves the agreed delivery in a professional manner
∎ Follows Quantanite's quality assurance process to ensure quality of their delivery
∎ Works closely with the team/team leader/line manager to highlight any obstacles in her/his delivery and to eliminate those
∎ Highlights any ambiguities in the instruction and the assignment
∎ Document complete work process and any changes, communicate them with team members and line manager at all times
∎ Help with work process and assignment target improvements
∎ Flags for line manager lack of skills and/or resources to achieve delivery quality in accordance with defined criteria
