∎ We are looking for dynamic, self-driven, enthusiastic and experienced to manage and ensure the Cafe towards achieving optimal Sales and Profit potential, the best quality food for customer/guest according to Company`s Operations Manual standards and to Providing excellent service to customers/guest, at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A warm welcome greeting to customers on arrival (always maintain eye contact).
∎ Promote a friendly and happy atmosphere in the store.
∎ To conduct daily briefing with all Sandwich Stars and Team Cares on daily specials, promotion,
∎ upselling target, sales target and current customer service and operations issues.
∎ Conduct daily opening and shift checklist and report any maintenance issues immediately.
∎ Supervise on duty Sandwich Stars and Team Cares to ensure compliance to highest standard of
∎ product preparation, hygiene and safety compliance and best customer service.
∎ Ensure customers' satisfaction and by meeting their expectation.
∎ Perform any duties of Sandwich Stars whenever needs arises.
∎ Compliant handling - Empower to do CRS (Customer Recovery Service) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with customer (see authority level below).
∎ Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene, cleanliness and neatness.
∎ Overall tidiness of the store.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Superior.
∎ To manage stock inventory to ensure freshness of raw materials and wastages.
∎ To manage labour cost through proper manpower scheduling.
∎ To manage utilities and operation expenses to maximize profit from Café.
∎ To ensure all sales collection are accurately accounted and all cash bank into Company account.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and social skills, energetic team player.
∎ Good leadership skills.
∎ Pleasant and cheerful personality.
∎ Willing to learn and has passion for service industry.
∎ Willing to provide the highest quality of service at all times.
∎ Willing to visit abroad for training purpose.
∎ Minimum 2 years as Team Care or Outlet Manager in a F&B business.
∎ Must be ready to work on weekends, public holidays and perform shift duty.
∎ Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
∎ Valid Passport is Mandatory.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly 02 Bonus, 01 bonus equal to 01 basic, upon completion of successful probation period.
∎ Yearly Increment based on performance evaluation.
