We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, enthusiastic, innovative and experienced Marketing Executive to join our F&B business team. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote out brand, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Making Sandwich:

1. The individual is responsible for morning/evening preparation,
2. Delivery handling,
3. preparing vegetables and salads,
4. setting up display fridges,
5. operating soup kettles, slicer, coffee machine, oven and others
6. making quality coffee and tea,
7. ensuring supplies are stocked correctly (ie. maintaining FIFO),
8. adhering to hygiene standards explained in Staff Manual.

Quality Assurance:

1. Fully responsible for the quality of the finished product including correctly, evenly spread filling and the freshness of the filing
2. Wastage Control:
3. Responsible for reducing costs through controlling wastage, including adjusting orders from suppliers, and portion control.

Hygiene Standards:

1. Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day cleanliness and tidiness of all counters and table seating areas.

Stock Control:

1. The individual is responsible for abiding a stock-controlled system.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
