Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Tours and Travels Aviation is a IATA accredited Travel agency. Which manages all travel related services. People having experience in Air Ticket booking and reservation for all countries will be recruited for this post.
∎ Job Location: Gulistan Shopping Complex, Dhaka-1000

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in making reservations using GDS.
∎ Must have experience of using Galileo or Amadeus
∎ Knowledge of domestic/ international, online, group booking.
∎ Strong commitment to customer service.
∎ Quick response to Clients' queries
∎ Confident personality who can communicate and answer phones professionally and courteously.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Internet browsing, and fast typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
