Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to Manage a team of technicians and workers, ensuring that all AC installations and repairs are performed efficiently.
∎ Oversee and sometimes assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning units.
∎ Able to Diagnose and resolve AC system issues, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
∎ Ability to Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards and company quality protocols.
∎ Keep track of parts and equipment needed for installation and repairs.
