Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA / Masters in Accounting / Finance from a reputed University/Institute;
∎ Professional certification like CA / ACCA Qualified will get preference;

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare audit reports (both regular and ad-hoc) with necessary observations and recommendations based on findings;
∎ Perform and oversee audit procedures for audit assignments ensuring that all priority issues have been addressed in a timely manner;
∎ Planning audit and develop audit strategies to ensure proper audit covering financial, operational and compliance areas throughout the organization;
∎ Ensure routine, regular audits throughout the organization including branches and progress audit report of upcoming (under construction) branches;
∎ Follow up on implementation of audit findings from branches & Head office;
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all kinds of payments to ensure compliance with company policies & protocols;
∎ Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures;
∎ Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees;
∎ Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires;
∎ Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends;
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures, cost savings and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies;
∎ Develop risk matrix for Financial, operational and financial processes;
∎ Monitor and oversee the progress of monthly Branch level and Head office audits and coordinate the Internal Audit team;
∎ Maintain open communication with senior management and audit committee.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 - 8 years' relevant experience preferably in healthcare (Hospital / Diagnostics) / pharmaceutical industry
∎ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bengali;
∎ Strong leadership and analytical skills;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
