Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling Corporate Customer about their Learning requirement.
∎ Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
∎ Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials.
∎ Being involved in overall operations of the business.
∎ Maintaining positive attitudes towards assigned tasks.
∎ Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
∎ Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
∎ Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training
∎ Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
∎ Carrying out day-to-day marketing activities.
∎ Maintaining regular contacts with clients.
∎ Responding to clients needs and queries.
∎ Making phone calls/ paying visits/ taking appointments.

∎ Age at least 19 years
