Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field [Bachelor degree from BUET or other Public Technology Universities will be preferred].

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage implementation of the new HIS system in our hospitals and diagnostic centers.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to identify specific customization needs and ensure that the system meets the company's requirements.
∎ Ensure the HIS system complies with regulatory requirements and standards.
∎ Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of project, including managing a team of IT professionals and external vendors.
∎ Develop/ manage project budget, including capital and operational expenses.
∎ Implement best practices, industry standards for IT security & data privacy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management with reputed organizations [health care industry experience will be preferred but not essential].
∎ Experience of leading and managing large-scale ERP projects.
∎ Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, networks, and systems.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to collaborate & build relationships with stakeholders.
