Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the implementation of new and innovative ideas for process improvement to increase operational efficiencies and productivity of the health centers to support enterprise’s goals;
∎ Supervise periodic Quality Assessments/ Quality Audit of Health Centers and do analysis from both ‘client’s point of view’ and ‘process point of view’ to continuously improve the effectiveness of Clinical Services initiatives;
∎ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members, including healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel;
∎ Prepare different health service-related SOPs to comply local and international standards;
∎ Monitor expenses, analyze financial data, and identify areas for cost-saving measures;
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing for goods and services;
∎ Stay updated on healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for healthcare centers;
∎ Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency;
∎ Maintain and improve operational efficiency of health centers against agreed measurable parameters;
∎ Provide substantive mentoring, coaching, On-the-Job Training, orientation, functional training, demonstration sessions as and when required to ensure standardized service delivery;
∎ Conduct regular drills and training exercises to ensure staff readiness for emergencies.
∎ Design of new services related to new or updated productsLead the team of technical professionals through mentoring and training for continuous performance improvementManage or coordinate with consultants
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
