Responsibilities & Context:
∎ o Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
∎ o Develop strategies to promote hospital services, specialties and programs.
∎ o Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ o Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ o Oversee and manage the entire marketing team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
∎ o Ensure regular doctor visits by the team to build strong relationships and promote the hospital's services.
∎ o Set and track individual and team sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
∎ o Implement targeted sales strategies to meet monthly targets consistently.
∎ o Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
∎ o Ensuring effective brand marketing communications including the company website, social media, print media and advertising.
∎ o Organize and participate in local health fairs, events and sponsorships to raise brand awareness.
∎ o Create and manage content for various marketing channels.
∎ o Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
∎ o Ensure the hospital maintains a strong online reputation by managing patient reviews, feedback and testimonials.
∎ o Work closely with clinical and administrative departments to align marketing efforts with hospital services and business needs.
∎ o Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
∎ o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ o Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ o Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
