Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Provide first-aid treatment and initial care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
∎ 2. Conduct regular health check-ups for employees and ensure their well-being.
∎ 3. Manage and maintain medical records of employees.
∎ 4. Provide guidance on health and safety issues to employees.
∎ 5. Collaborate with management to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
∎ 6. Arrange health awareness sessions on occupational health, hygiene, and wellness.
∎ 7. Handle medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to hospitals when needed.
∎ 8. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
