∎ More than 3 years’ experience on public health, specially NGO and Community Clinic management and operation.
∎ Should have a proven record of leadership & team building.
∎ Prior experience working on USAID-funded projects will be preferred.
∎ To undertake any other assignment given by BEDO Management.
∎ Ensure reports are timely generated for sharing by health supervisor.
∎ Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and email communication.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places especially in peri urban, urban and disaster prone areas.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide clinical services and Carry out patient referral services.
∎ Maintain regular Patient Management and treatment.
∎ Conduct monthly meetings with Health worker and equivalent staff to analysis field situation and take necessary steps as required.
∎ Assist in planning, organizing, designing and implementing health programs actives.
∎ Cooperation and coordination to the satellites clinic officials at field level.
∎ Liaising with District and Upazila health officials.
∎ Community networking & visiting satellite clinics and supervise community health workers.
∎ Help field Officers for planning, designing, execution and implementation of programs.
∎ Assist field Officers in developing action plan for secondary health camp programs and special visits.
∎ Reviewing monthly medicine & logistics requisition, medical/satellite camp medicine requisition and other requisitions send to HO.
∎ Prepare estimated budget during secondary medical/satellite camps.
∎ Monitor activities of Project Managers of all floating fields in the project area.
∎ Ensure coordination and keep readily available of all reports of all floating fields.
∎ Establish co-operation between previous, present & next demand generation, patient flow management & smooth delivery of services.
∎ Liaison with government & non-government stakeholders.
∎ Maintain co-operation & collaboration between outreach and monitor satellite clinic activities.
∎ Supervise regularly the outreach component of the project & maintain linkage with health facilitators and community health workers.
∎ Maintain close communication and collaboration with the government administrative, health official and employees at Upazila, Union & Ward/village level, other health sectors.
∎ Monitor health facilitators for his daily tasks, make him accountable and accomplish timely.
∎ Experience on Tuberculosis treatment and control actives and.
∎ Common understanding on strengthening health systems.
∎ Ensure reports are timely generated for sharing by Community health facilitators/workers.

∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Practical experience in health & nutrition project will be added advantages and Prior of USAID project experiences as a extra quality.

∎ Position Overview
∎ The Doctor will oversee the health program of the “Sushastho Maitree Project” in Rajshahi District, ensuring effective project health team management, health oversight, satellite clinical service operation and medical campaign organized. The role involves ensure health & Nutrition program progress; Tuberculosis control by the project requirements, and local health context. Undertake any other any other tasks given by BEDO Management.
∎ Job Location
∎ Rajshahi District (Rajshahi City Corporation, Bagmara, Tanore and Mohanpur Upazilas) frequently conducts field visits to the project areas in Bangladesh.
∎ Major Responsibilities

Compensation & Other Benefits:
