Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review prescription to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed medicine, and to evaluate their suitability.
∎ Provides information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication, storage to the clients/patients.
∎ Ensure proper management of the date expired medicine items from time to time.
∎ Advises customers on the selection of medication brands, and health care supplies.
∎ Maintain proper documentation, inventories, narcotics & Controlled drugs.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
