∎ Honors / Masters in any subject.
∎ MBA in Marketing preferable.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Visit community doctors and key opinion leaders at different institutions and consultant chambers to inform them about the facilities of Hospital & Diagnostic.
∎ · Achieve monthly targets from assigned territory as set by management.
∎ . Organize event management like seminars, Health clinics etc. involving community physicians keeping excellent public relations and rapport with concerned people and supporting logistics.
∎ . Travel to assigned ex-HQ and Out-stations for doctor visits and subsequent business development.
∎ . Prepare monthly activity plan and activity report with target achievement performance to submit to the Sales Manager.
∎ · Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and collect marketing data from potential customers.
∎ · Regular follow-up with existing/ potential customers
∎ · Communicate with customers by providing information and collecting customer feedback to help improve services.
∎ · Maintain good relationships with consultants, customers, clinics, diagnostic centers and corporate clients.
∎ · Market survey related to health services as when advised by management
∎ · Any other responsibilities given by the Management
