Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with banks and different governing bodies regarding routine return submission, equity rising, assuring on time submission, issuance and renewal of all legal and regulatory documents & licenses, approvals, agreements, membership etc.
∎ Managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure, including bank and brokerage relationships.
∎ Maintain treasury and cash management operations and to develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.
∎ Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
∎ Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes.
∎ Identifies cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities related to treasury.
∎ Oversees cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention, FX management and hedging, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship management.
∎ Management of long and short term cash flow and working capital/liquidity management.
∎ Managing balance sheet and day-to-day liquidity to support the business needs.
∎ Assess requirements of bank loan facilities regularly and recommending maximizing loan utilization at reasonable costs followed by rightsizing of loan portfolio.
∎ To analysis inflow and outflow statements and prepare various reports as per management requirements.
∎ Assist in the compilation of the annual and multi term operating and capital budgets for the company.
∎ Monitor the income and expenditure by scrutinizing relevant information from the employees.
∎ Provide input to ensure that effective budgetary control is occurring.
∎ Any other related tasks as assigned by the management.

∎ Should have work experience in Public Limited Company.
∎ Should have strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Well behaved, convincing & positive attitude.
∎ Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
∎ Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
∎ Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
∎ Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
∎ Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
∎ Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
