Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: CAD, pattern making manual and technical.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast knowledge in CAD operation and manual pattern making especially in Woven Garments.
∎ Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.
∎ All Kinds of Sample development as per buyer requirement.
∎ Understanding customer comment and applying as required
∎ Making the pattern sets after obtaining the buying office approval then issuing the same to the Cutting Department and the approved preproduction sample and finished pattern to the production Department.
∎ Ensure fabrics consumption before booking bulk fabric by Merchandiser also fabric consumption for costing.
∎ Acknowledge, understand, implement and emphasize on buyer's requirements in order to ensure safety and hazard free product.
∎ Overall responsible of Cad, Pattern & Sample section.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Priority for those who were involved with woven Garments Industries (Shirts).
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop pattern independently.
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in using CAD software (Morgan) in garments pattern and marker making for Pant, Shirts & Jacket all woven items.
∎ Must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Must know how to draw, plot accurately and correctly in order to avoid error and save fabrics
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
