∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ • You should know how to do the career consultation as it is much needed for this company.
∎ • Apply if you have 2-3 years of working experience in the same industry (Otherwise don’t take trouble of applying as we’re not in for fresher).
∎ • You need to have core skill of communicating in both languages.
∎ • You have to arrange mock interview sessions for our students and train those students for a successful interview appointment.
∎ • Knowledge about Social Media Management, Email Communication
∎ • Corresponding ability to high as per Mail and phone type.
∎ • You’ll be welcomed if you come with innovative ideas of design and media marketing.
∎ • You should be polite, honest and loyal to the work station.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working Time: 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.
∎ Location: Shahjadpur (Gulshan)
∎ Employment Context-
∎ Universal Study Agency Limited is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join its ever growing team.
∎ YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:-
∎ • You will do the sit with the students and do the concrete consultation process.
∎ • You will provide information to students and their guardians regarding universities of different countries and also let them know the options and opportunities.
∎ • You will prepare applications for admission with our A listed partnered universities and ensure the spontaneous process of enrollment and also make sure to maintain formalities with the admission offices of universities.
∎ • You will provide comprehensive assistance throughout the entire documentation and student visa procedures.
∎ • You will work in a team to ensure the Top Notch client service.
∎ • You will stay up-to-date on abroad education opportunities, as well as changes in laws and regulations affecting international students.
∎ • You will be responsible to provide accurate and timely reports on counselling and enrollment progress.
∎ • You will attend and participate in education fairs and other events to promote our services.
∎ • You will provide students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counselling to suit their skills.
∎ • You will have to do the live social media video, if required, in order to accelerate the social media engagement of our services.

∎ You will serve FULL TIME from 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. (Saturday- Thursday) & relax at Friday!
