∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.
∎ Experience in teaching will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in English Medium School, Computer skill and good communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and execute plan & formulate policy, developing, implementing new strategies and procedures for Admission Department.
∎ Play an active role in promoting school, and provide executive leadership individually and through participation in groups. Implement targeted admission number as per strategic plan
∎ Prepared admission plan and promotional plan as per direction of the authority
∎ Coordination of all online & in campus admission
∎ Ensure smart & effective counseling
∎ Monitoring & Coordinate Counseling Direct & over phone (guardian/students)
∎ Monitor & Maintain everyday records of the visitors/ admission seekers appreciate them for visiting us & follow up them over phone, sms or email etc
∎ Keep records of important opinions/ comments of the valued visitors
∎ Continuous communication with the faculty members and existing students for new intake
∎ Maintain counselor records and continuous communication with them for student intake
∎ Proper documentation (certificate verification, receive of academic credentials etc)
∎ Update admission register and students profile in Register book & Database Software regularly
∎ Supervision Data entry of admitted students in the database.
∎ Properly maintain of student personal file and sending to the respective Department
∎ Take necessary initiative for advertisement and promotional activities.
∎ Perform tuition fee and waiver policy related activities as per director of the authority.
∎ Ensure discipline, security and cleanliness activities of the Admission department.
∎ Build a strong team in the Admission Department to realize its strategic objectives.
∎ Any other activities deemed pertinent to Admission related matters as per direction of the authority.
