Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/MBA major in Finance & Accounting / Management from reputed Public or Private universities will get preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate PR and ensure all office stationaries time to time when needed.
∎ Routinely re-order office supplies through procurement and prepare preserve GRN.
∎ Arrange hotel booking, ticketing and accommodation for visitors & guest.
∎ Prepare office utility/vehicle/air ticket/hotel bill and send to supervisor for review and submit to finance.
∎ Help tracking agreements/Contract/TSC expiration and initiate for update.
∎ Regularly update mail/phone directories.
∎ Assist physical inventory counting and keeping record of consumable items.
∎ Prepare itinerary, trip file and supplies.
∎ Assist to complete expense reports after trip
∎ Arrange meeting, workshops, conference as required.
∎ Handle administrative detail of all ongoing projects.
∎ Manage electricity supply, generator service etc. effectively & efficiently.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, proper wastage management, proper washroom facilities as required.
∎ Ensure projects' procurement/ purchase requisition activities in coordination with procurement officer.
∎ Closely work with Procurement and other support services teams for ensure smooth administrative operations.
∎ Ensure Load and unload goods in/from vehicles and store them as instructed.
∎ Preserve all administrative files hard copy as well as soft copy that includes Memo, approved TAR etc.
∎ Take part in any administrative meetings to assure support follow-through
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin & IT officer.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Knowledge on administrative concepts and standard practice of developmental standards.
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
∎ Communication, Coordination and Networking skills.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams
∎ Ability to manage a varied workload, work under pressure, priorities and meet deadlines
∎ Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization
∎ Focused on delivering results by taking calculated-risks and problem solving approach

Salary: Negotiable
