  • Must have hands-on experience in dealing with the BRTA office in Mirpur and be fully conversant with all vehicle-related documentation processes.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Transport Documentation & BRTA Liaison:

  • Manage, update, and maintain all legal documents for the company`s fleet of vehicles (e.g., cars, bikes).

  • Handle the entire process for vehicle fitness renewal, tax token renewal, route permit, and insurance.

  • Prepare and submit all necessary applications and documents to the BRTA office in Mirpur efficiently.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with BRTA officials to ensure smooth and timely processing of all work.

  • Ensure all driving licenses of company drivers are valid and assist with any related issues.

  • Keep a systematic record and database of all transport documents and renewal dates to avoid any penalties or legal issues.

  • Coordinate with the transport pool for daily vehicle scheduling and driver assignments as needed.

2. Store & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of all company store inventory, including stationery, office supplies, cleaning materials, and other miscellaneous items.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records using both manual registers and MS Excel/software.

  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with book records.

  • Prepare and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Vouchers (MIV).

  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times.

  • Implement and maintain an efficient store management system for easy tracking and retrieval of items.

3. General Administrative Duties:

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
