Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor daily Attendance and Report.

  • Oversee the Human Resource’s & Admin function and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company objectives.

  • Established administrative & HR policies and inform employee about administrative &HR decisions through verbal and letters.

  • Oversee and manage KPI based performance appraisal system that drives high performance and preparing Employee development plan (EDP) which run through employee probation evaluation and annual assessment.

  • Oversee recruitment processes in line with the procedures established by management and as updated periodically.

  • Manpower planning & budgeting; Manages the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing & assessment and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

  • Implementation of ERP software managing Payroll, HRIS and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and other HR related self-services.

  • Guarantee that all health and safety facilities, with special attention to fire safety, are in place and functioning.

  • Develop and periodically update company policies to reflect current standards and requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection standards within the factory.

  • Provide the top management with weekly updates on the status of Corrective Action Plans (CAP).

  • Collaborate with factories to create and implement feasible, sustainable corrective action plans.

  • Manage and address the company’s legal issues.
