  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization/reporting tools

  • Solid understanding of attribution models, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with automation or BI tools (e.g., Supermetrics, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Familiarity with SEO, CRM, and remarketing strategies

  • Agency or multi-brand campaign management experience

  • Data-driven mindset

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others

  • Monitoring KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure campaigns meet business objectives

  • Collaborating with media buyers and creative teams to test ad variations and improve audience targeting

  • Conducting A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify performance drivers

  • Providing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards for management review

  • Identifying trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities through data analysis and insights

  • Manage tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data collection

  • Evaluating new advertising channels, tools, and technologies for potential implementation

  • Maintaining data hygiene and ensure consistent measurement practices across all campaigns

  • Supporting budget pacing, forecasting, and performance benchmarking
