Experience:

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization/reporting tools
Solid understanding of attribution models, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with automation or BI tools (e.g., Supermetrics, Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with SEO, CRM, and remarketing strategies
Agency or multi-brand campaign management experience

Maintaining data hygiene and ensure consistent measurement practices across all campaigns
Supporting budget pacing, forecasting, and performance benchmarking
