Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge in Restaurant Business will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge in accounts role is a must.

• Able to do multiple task & familiar with accounting software.

RIZQ RESTAURANT a sister concern of IMAGINE GROUP, will be hiring a dedicate and result oriented Accounts Officer for our restaurant located in Motijheel C/A, the prime Central Business District of Dhaka City. If you got the following skills & qualification, then you are welcome to apply.

Type of employment: Full Time-6 days a Week

Duties & Responsibility:

• Managing all aspects of financials transactions of the restaurant in timely manner

• Maintaining bookkeeping & daily day book

• Recording of daily stock reconciliation

• Prepare of cash flows report on regular basis

• Prepare profit & loss statements including monthly budget

• Prepare VAT returns and submission

• Accounts payable including supplier outstanding updated record and accounts receivable

• Facilitating payroll for employees

• Maintaining Bank accounts records including Cheque issuing and withdrawing

• Record keeping of all financial transactions records of BIKASH, NAGAD, FOODIE, PATHAO including monthly closing and cost accounting reports.

• Maintain food cost control report on daily basis and knowledge of food cost analysis

• Daily, monthly, weekly financial reports along with supporting documentation

• Develop strategies for costs savings initiatives and continued business financial success

• Performs any other duties as assigned by such as providing and explaining financial reports as required to management.

• Ensure accuracy in accountancy along with manual & digital documentation is a must.

Salary & Benefit:

• 20000 to 30000 Tk based on experience, Mobile Allowance, Single Accommodation, Food will provided, we prefer candidate willing to stay at our restaurant premises.
