Job Responsibilities:
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Responsible for financial management of the projects for respective district;
∎ Responsible for coordinating all the activities related to accounts under the guidance of concern Sr. Manager;
∎ Responsible for conducting all sorts of financial monitoring of the project in accordance with the budget;
∎ Responsible for financial reporting coordinating with the Project Officials;
∎ Responsible for performing a supportive role for the interest of smooth project implementation;
∎ Perform any other job as when deemed necessary by the management.
∎ TASKS:
∎ Accounts Management and Financial Monitoring:
∎ Document financial transactions by entering account information and secures financial information by completing data base backups.
∎ Maintain accounts and prepare guideline for project monitoring.
∎ Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
∎ Ensure appropriate documentation and record keeping and accounting systems, in the recommended software complying with projects' IMS and financial guideline.
∎ Appraise, evaluate and maintain inventory of the real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
∎ Facilitate the process of approval of bills & vouchers as per budget line items.
∎ FINANCIAL REPORTING:
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly financial report in proper time and proper way.
∎ Prepare financial report as per recommend reporting system.
∎ Develop, maintain, and analyze budget, prepare periodic financial reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
∎ Inform his/her top management about financial matter in proper time through proper way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong Report writing skills to clearly articulate the issues of interest
∎ Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
∎ Flexibility and problem solving skill for the interest of the project
∎ Understanding of the development program
∎ Ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver on time
∎ Proven ability to work as a team member
∎ Adequate sensitivity towards gender, disability and other minority issues.
Salary: Tk. 26000 (Monthly)
