Educational Requirements:
∎ May be CA Knowledge Level or equivalent passed / CA Course Completed with M.Com in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Periodical accounting & adjusting entries for preparation of financial reporting, forecasting & analysis.
∎ Liaison with bank & legislative authorities such as Tax/Custom/VAT.
∎ Prepare and review of budget & variance analysis.
∎ Follow up receivable collection and balances.
∎ Supervision of daily Coordination to internal & external auditor.
∎ Advance adjustment & recording, cash management and estimating & controlling cash flows, preparation of bank reconciliations.
∎ Payable & Receivable Accounting Management.
∎ Books & Record keeping for all sorts of accounting documents.
∎ Preparation & Presentation of Financial & Accounting information to the superior authority.
∎ Properly monitoring for timely billing & submit the same to all customers.
∎ Follow up internal control & fixed assets detailed recording in file.
∎ Preparation of board meeting various analytical papers.
∎ Reconcile financial statements.
∎ Examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statement or other financial reports.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly report.
∎ Perform other related duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Computer Literacy: Accounting Package -Tally ERP-9/ Quick Book/ Troyee and Microsoft Office- MS word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Strong communication skill is essential (both oral & written)
